Unfortunately, during this process, we were unable to recover any accounts that existed on “old CK”. So what will happen to your loyalty points that you’ve been saving up for your next purchase?
If you’re looking to get your points back, please send an email over to [email protected] with the email associated with your previous account and our team will more than happily add your points into your new account.
During this time, we will also be returning to our previous singular delivery window (5PM daily) until further notice. We’re truly sorry for the inconvenience this may cause.
We’re still working hard to be able to bring back our Interac eTransfer option, so hang on tight, shipping family!
